 Hello there:) " Digital Wellness in the workplace " is the topic we are working on with my group members(Group 6) In short ,Digital wellness  refers to maintaining a healthy relationship with technology, in this context we are referring to a healthy relationship with technology in the workplace. The INL 370 module has been great and interesting. Now coming to the project...:) It was not as hard as I anticipated, I was already familiar with the system we had to use which is Sharepoint, so navigating around it was quite easy. We firstly chose a topic, and then compiled questions for our supervisor, this part was challenging for me because I was still confused about what we needed to do. I enjoyed doing the practical. Gathering sources for our portal was very interesting because of the topic we chose and I didn't struggle to get 10 sources, in fact I got more. Lessons Learnt.

 My highlight from this project is ' team work ' I have learnt that working as a team is not only about being a group and just doing work together but it requires a mutual understanding of what is expected from everyone. I learnt that if we communicate well and respect each other we will be able to be much more productive, we managed to get most of the work done when we worked together:) Creating a blog has also taught me some technical and general skills. Setting up the blog and learning how to add posts is also part of the skills I have learnt and decided to use for any other tasks that will require the same skills. I have also learnt that I need to plan my work and be good with time management. Juggling my other school work with this project was quite hard, it actually strengthened my multi-tasking skills. It has also given me a glimpse of how the workplace will be, now I know that I will be having several deadlines and be expected to produce quality results in time. Overall...
